Silhouette's business model and position in the fashion industry is unique to Upstate NY, as we are the only luxury brand in the area. We currently have a unique opportunity to hire a Trade Marketing Manager.


This position will report to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for developing, leading and executing trade marketing strategies across all channels of Trade. Our desired candidate will have a hands-on approach to work side by side with the Marketing team and our Eye Care Professionals on Trade Marketing initiatives.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities: additional duties may be assigned.


  • Develop and implement the annual Trade Marketing and CRM master plan in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies and trade marketing initiatives; measure effectiveness through ROI and key performance metrics.
  • Lead trade-focused marketing projects, including custom build-outs, shop-in-shop installations, POS and display rollouts, sales cycle launches, trade events, and CRM campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring timely delivery and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Design and implement CRM strategies aimed at customer retention and loyalty within the ECP channel.
  • Analyze the customer journey and brand touchpoints to identify opportunities for commercial growth.
  • Leverage Salesforce to support seamless integration between Silhouette and trade partners; ensure accurate data capture throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Distribution to support the Sales team in POS/display rollout and installations.
  • Monitor and enhance customer lifetime value strategies to maximize partner engagement and profitability.
  • Manage direct communications and relationship-building efforts with trade partners.
  • Plan and coordinate Silhouette's presence at trade shows and sales-driven events.
  • Ensure segmentation of customer databases (owned and third-party) for effective targeting in marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies across CRM efforts to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and partner effectively across all levels of the organization.


Minimum Requirements:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field


Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Brand Marketing, preferably with a focus on trade

marketing and CRM. Experience in both direct and digital marketing highly preferred.


Special Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous people management experience is required.


Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds, push, pull, sit, stand, bend and twist as necessary. Must be available for Domestic and International travel as requested.


Technology & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience using Salesforce or similar platform
