- Assisting in the management of client portfolios
- Conducting trade mark searches in Arabic and English
- Preparing and filing trade mark applications
- Communicating with clients in both Arabic and English
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documentation
- Supporting solicitors in managing their caseload
- Maintaining the department's filing system
- Providing general administrative support to the legal department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Trade Mark Administrator should have:
- A legal background with a solid understanding of trade mark law
- Minimum 6 months trade mark experience
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and client management skills
