Job Description

  • Assisting in the management of client portfolios
  • Conducting trade mark searches in Arabic and English
  • Preparing and filing trade mark applications
  • Communicating with clients in both Arabic and English
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documentation
  • Supporting solicitors in managing their caseload
  • Maintaining the department's filing system
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal department

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Mark Administrator should have:

  • A legal background with a solid understanding of trade mark law
  • Minimum 6 months trade mark experience
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong communication and client management skills
