Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tow Truck Driver located in Portsmouth, VA. The Tow Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating a tow truck and providing roadside assistance services. Day-to-day tasks include towing vehicles, addressing roadside incidents, and communicating effectively with clients and dispatchers. The position requires adherence to all safety and traffic regulations and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Truck Driving and TOW skills
- Experience in providing Roadside Assistance
- Effective Communication skills
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
