Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Defend individuals and businesses in tort litigation and personal injury claims
• Handle all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and argue hearings in court
• Manage case strategy, client interactions, and negotiations
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and corporate clients
• Participate in trials and advocate for clients in the courtroom

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado (or soon to be licensed)
• Minimum 1+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
• Experience with trial preparation is preferred but not required
• Strong litigation skills, including depositions, discovery, and legal writing
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
