Top Secret Cleared HBSS Administrator with Security Clearance

Our client, a leading government technology service provider located in Washington D.C. or Mount Weather in Bluemont, VA, is in need of a Top Secret Cleared HBSS Administrator for a 6 month contract to hire position. The HBSS Administrator will work onsite daily in Washington D.C. This role supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of the organization's information security. Responsibilities include assessing current security infrastructure, defining future security initiatives, and managing firewall administration and other security measures across systems.Will also need to support Tenable Nessus O&M, engineering, upgrades and builds. Required Skills: 5+ years of IT Security experience with recent expertise with HBSS tools (TA/ENS/DLP/FRMP/Drive Encryption/MSME/RSD) A working knowledge of several of the following areas is required: Understanding of business security practices and procedures Knowledge of current security tools available Hardware/software firewalls and there implementation Different communication protocols Encryption techniques/tools Familiarity with commercial products, and current Internet/EC technology Security Certifications,(Trellix ESS 201/301/501 and IAT level 3) Active Top Secret Clearance Preferred Skills: Bachelor's Degree preferred; can be substituted with an additional 2+ years related experience.
