Job Description Build, fabricate, and repair dies, tooling, fixtures, and related components
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and complete PM sheets
Operate various machines, tools, and equipment
Verify conformance of dies and tools by checking dimensions, clearances, and alignments
Troubleshoot tooling problems during production
Modify dies and tooling per engineering changes
Tryout new die sets and tooling
Maintain good housekeeping practices
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Experience Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Technical Training:
- GD&T
- Weld Standards
- Manufacturing Practices
- SPC (Statistical Process Control)
