Amsted Automotive is hiring a Tool and Die Apprentice to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI . This full-time, onsite opportunity is perfect for mechanically inclined individuals ready to gain real-world experience in a skilled trade-with the added benefit of long-term career growth. What You'll Learn & Do
As an apprentice, you'll receive on-the-job training alongside classroom instruction. You'll rotate through key areas in tool and die making and gain experience in:
•   Precision measurement and quality inspection
•   Milling, turning, drilling, and grinding
•   Die making and bench work/layout
•   Wire EDM operation and CNC technologies
•   Reading blueprints and working with jigs, fixtures, and metallurgy Shift Schedules (may vary based on journeyman availability and training needs):
•   1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
•   2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
•   3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Sun-Thurs) What You'll Bring:
•   High school diploma or equivalent
•   Strong interest in mechanical work or manufacturing
•   Willingness to learn, follow safety standards, and work with your hands
•   Ability to lift 25+ lbs and perform physical work in a shop environment What We Offer:
