About The Role

Service customers, dealers, and sales staff in facilitating issues relative to all facets of trailers and their operations, warranties, and expectations or shortcomings. Provide detailed and accurate responses to customers' dealers and sales staff aiding in superior customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day calls from customers, dealers, and sales staff on all facets of trailer generated questions.
  • Investigate issues and acquire answers needed to solve.
  • Set up jobs for repair parts needed and follow through full cycle (conception to customers).
  • Assist customers and dealers on warranty policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Engineering department on trailer improvements and corrective measures.
  • Conduct demonstrations of trailers for customer pick-ups.
  • Work with walk in customers with their needs.
  • Navigate warranty management system to create and process warranty claims.
  • Assume additional duties as required.
Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of experience with Trail King products, preferably in Production or Quality OR 4 years of experience with semi-trailers, preferably in Service and Repairs. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Mechanical aptitude required.
