OVERVIEW: Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Title Processor to join the team at the firm's headquarters in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. In this role, the Title Processor provides a high level of support to the Title Officer.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare documents for real estate closings
- Order title searches and prepare title work for lenders
- Prepare and issue title insurance policies
- Conduct in-person closings
- E-Record Deeds and Mortgages
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, mail, and packages
- Administrative tasks including answering phone calls, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Light travel to local TOA Communities for closings
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate and present at all levels, both internally and externally
- High level of demonstrated customer service and time management skills
- Detail focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years prior office experience
- Notary and Title Agent License preferred but not required
