Title Attorney Pittsburgh, PA Energy & Natural Resources Focus

Are you ready to grow your legal career in a dynamic, high-impact environment? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Title Attorney Energy & Natural Resources Focus to join our thriving team in Pittsburgh, PA.

What We're Looking For:
️ Active Pennsylvania Bar license (West Virginia Bar admission is a major plus.)
2-4 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
️ Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred
️ Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, including drafting and editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other real estate-related contracts

Your Key Responsibilities:
Examine and analyze complex title documentation with precision
Draft clear, concise, and reliable title opinions
Identify, resolve, and cure title defects efficiently
Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements and contracts
Maintain the highest standards of client and Firm confidentiality
