Design, develop and implement SAP time management solutions for clients time keeping systems using ABAP Web Dynpro, HCM processes and forms, SuccessFactors, Adobe Interactive Forms and related technology. Design third party inbound and outbound interfaces to send time-related master data from and to external time keeping systems as well as to transfer evaluated time data from on premise to Employee Central payroll system to generate OT payments and deductions. Analyze SAP functional needs and client requirements to develop SAP HCM solutions and complete SAP and Time Management implementations within project deadlines. Determine Business Processes for SAP and timekeeping implementations of SAP HCM Time Management including configuration of client holiday calendars, work schedules, absence types, attendance types, counting rules, deduction rules, accrual rules, time types and processing class. Develop and implement wage types, concurrent employment, and time-payroll integration solutions for specific needs and objectives of each client. Analyze and provide feedback on the impact of software upgrades and updates to existing solutions. Monitor post-go-live activities and resolve defects or issues with the newly implemented time keeping solution. Coordinate integration testing, including parallel runs, mock cut-overs, go-lives and regression testing to provide status reports and project feedback on project management during both function and integration meetings. Recommend functional and technical design improvements to clients existing system to meet current and future needs of the organization. Train client power-users and end-users in the newly implemented SAP business systems and processes.

Requires two years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant developing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Employee Central solutions; and Integrating SuccessFactors Time Management with SAP Employee Central and other SAP HCM modules to ensure seamless data flow. Requires participation in at least one full-cycle implementation project for SAP on premise HCM modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
Requires U.S. Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any field).
