About the role We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be instrumental in building our reporting and analytics foundation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about using data to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes for customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable reporting tools, deliver performance insights, and shape the strategic direction of service initiatives. Job Requirements - Transform Data into Strategic Insights: Analyze large-scale customer experience data to uncover performance trends, user friction points, and growth opportunities across the end-to-end journey. - Enable Cross-Functional Decision-Making: Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Business leaders to shape priorities and translate insights into aligned, high-impact initiatives. - Accelerate Experience Innovation: Evaluate and reimagine existing service workflows and experience touchpoints, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and strategic enhancement. - Deliver Insightful Reporting & Influence Through Storytelling: Design compelling dashboards, reports, and executive-facing presentations that clearly articulate performance narratives and unlock data-driven decisions. - Establish Scalable Reporting Infrastructure: Build and maintain automated dashboards and analytics frameworks to support recurring business reviews and ensure timely visibility into critical KPIs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. - Proficiency in SQL and/or other data processing languages. - 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business operations. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills-comfortable digging into data and drawing insights. - Effective communication skills, especially when translating data into stories for business partners. - Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platforms is a plus. - Experience of leading complex data-driven projects that involve multiple cross-functional teams - Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143555 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
