Who We're Looking For
  • Live Commerce Obsessed - You're excited by TikTok Shop and live shopping. You've run or scaled creator-led livestreams and understand the mechanics of driving GMV through engaging, high-converting live content.
  • Performance-Driven Strategist - You know what a good TikTok Shop live looks like and how to improve it. You're motivated by metrics-conversion rate, AOV, retention rate-and have experience iterating quickly to beat targets.
  • Creative and Operational Hybrid - You can pitch creative storylines and hooks for selling on live, but also know how to get creators scheduled, briefs built, sets prepped, and links generated-on time and on spec.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Live Strategist
  • Live Campaign Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop weekly/monthly live strategies for TikTok Shop brands, including talent recommendations, creative angles, and product prioritization.
  • Own the live calendar and ensure consistent programming that aligns with brand goals.

  • Creator Briefing & Set Strategy
  • Write clear, conversion-focused briefs for creators that include callouts for product demos, bundles, time-based urgency, and TikTok-native hooks.
  • Collaborate on set styling and visual strategy to ensure lives are brand-aligned and engaging.

  • Live Optimization & Performance Coaching
  • Watch, analyze, and give feedback on creator performance during and after livestreams.
  • Provide creators with clear action items to improve retention rate, AOV, add-to-cart rates, and conversion.

  • GMV Accountability
  • Own the GMV targets for your assigned brands and creators.
  • Diagnose underperformance quickly and make swift pivots (e.g., changing creators, adjusting pricing, testing bundles or scripts).

  • Creator & Client Communication
  • Serve as the bridge between brands and creators-aligning expectations, troubleshooting live issues, and maximizing value on both sides.
  • Be available during key selling windows to manage last-minute fire drills or opportunities.

  • Reporting & Strategic Recommendations
  • Track and report on live performance using MomentIQ dashboards and TikTok Shop analytics.
  • Present insights weekly to clients with actionable recommendations for scaling or improving.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, live commerce, or performance-based creator campaigns
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, and Seller Center
  • Ability to write persuasive scripts and spot high-converting live angles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple live campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfort with both creative feedback and data analytics (e.g., watching lives, then reviewing CTR and ROAS)
  • Experience working with high-performing hosts and understanding their motivations and workflows
  • Self-managing and proactive-can execute with limited oversight in a fast-paced startup environment
