We are seeking a Tier III Systems Analyst for the Solutions Delivery Department.

The Tier III Systems Analyst is responsible for administering Credit Human's IT infrastructure systems and ensuring continuous operation and availability of datacenter infrastructure. Key duties include coordinating IT projects, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities. The analyst sets up and integrates single and virtual servers, interfaces with enterprise IT systems, and serves as a Subject Matter Expert for server administration. The role involves managing Windows and Linux systems, and providing expertise in servers, storage, email, backup systems, database administration, networking, and security at a Tier 3 level. Additionally, the analyst acts as an escalation point for technical issues related to new initiatives and existing infrastructure.

Highlights:
  • Assess and resolve complex technical issues across network, server, storage, database, and desktop integrations.
  • Configure IT assets to optimize system performance and ensure best practices for virtual and physical systems.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to address after-hours requests critical to business operations.
  • Perform incident response activities in line with Level III processes related to IT infrastructure.
  • Implement and improve quality standards for existing products and services.
  • Perform root cause analysis of IT infrastructure issues and recommend improvements for system availability tracking.
Experience:

Required
  • 5 or more years of experience in a technically diverse support environment.
  • 5 or more years of experience supporting three or more of the following technical disciplines: virtual environments, network storage, cisco networking, security, telephony, SQL, server level provision, configuration, and system administration.
  • Experience working with third party vendor support.
  • Experience with virtual environment technologies
Preferred
  • Financial services industry experience.
Education:

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
Licenses & Certifications:

Preferred
  • Cisco, ITIL, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMWare, CommVault, Citrix, Aruba, Nimble, Pure
Skills & Knowledge:

Required
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, organizational skills, problem solving abilities to support complex environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.

Preferred
  • Advanced Power-Shell skills and understanding to support Active Directory
  • Advanced understanding of LAN/WAN/Wireless network environment and administration skills
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm, rotating on-call

Flexibility: On-site; In office; Not remote

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel

Level of Work: 2B

Minimum Starting Salary: $78,958.75
