Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a
Tier 3 Application Support Specialist to join an innovative and dependable company located in
New Castle, Delaware.
Responsibilities of the Tier 3 Application Support Specialist: - Interact with clients to assess the scope and impact of technical challenges.
- Research and analyze the functions of a wide variety of refinery applications, including dependencies on other systems.
- Perform detailed log analysis and troubleshooting of application-hardware interactions.
- Engage vendor support for unresolved technical issues.
- Own troubleshooting processes from start to resolution, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Document resolution procedures for both company and client knowledge bases.
- Assist with provisioning, deployment, upgrading, and migration of application software.
Qualifications of the Tier 3 Application Support Specialist: - 5+ years of experience with oil refinery specific operations; Honeywell Experion PKS, AspenTech Software Suite, SAP PM/MM, OSIsoft PI System, Emerson DeltaV, AVEVA & Hexagon PPM Applications, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Scripting/PowerShell/automation experience.
- Understanding of code structures.
Compensation of the Tier 3 Application Support Specialist: - Salary range: $90,000-120,000
