Currently, we are seeking aRestoreSystems Administrator Ilto join our Team.

Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration.

Description:
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
  • May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
  • Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
  • Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
  • Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow up problems brought to the help desk by users of cloud infrastructure
Required:
  • Experience with IT Hardware, Remote Assistance, and Remote Desktop
Shifts:
  • Wed- Sun 2pm-10pm (Training will be Mon-Fri 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of applicable experience (5 years of applicable experience can be substituted for the degree)
  • Certification:A+ OR Network+

Compensation: $75,067 $ 97,145
