We are seeking a Tier 2 IT Support Analyst to join our client's IT support team. If you're a tech-savvy problem solver, this is your chance to take your career to the next level while supporting a dynamic IT environment.


What You'll Do:

Provide Tier 2 technical support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune and O365 environments

Perform device management, app deployment, and system updates via Intune

Assist with troubleshooting and configuration of O365 applications and services

Collaborate with IT teams to support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations


What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Tier 2 issues

Strong experience with Intune and O365 administration

Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server, and other key IT tools

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and customer service skills
