About the Position:

As a Ticket Sales Professional, you will be instrumental in maximizing sales across various ticketing options, including season memberships, group packages, and premium seating areas. You will achieve this by building strong relationships with potential and current clients and providing exceptional service to our dedicated fan base.


Responsibilities:

  • Consistently schedule and conduct effective face-to-face or virtual sales appointments.
  • Meet and surpass weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals while maintaining a commitment to providing top-level service to our fans.
  • Deliver exceptional service and build rapport with all assigned accounts.
  • Proactively develop professional relationships with our current fan base to identify valuable referral leads.
  • Meticulously maintain all client and prospect interactions within our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
  • Effectively utilize sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply Buy, and Zoom Info to enhance outreach and sales efforts.
  • Execute a minimum of 400 meaningful activities per week aimed at generating sales and engaging potential clients.
  • Serve as a positive and professional representative of Loudoun United FC during match days and when interacting with clients and prospects.
  • Contribute positively and collaboratively to the inclusive and dynamic culture at Loudoun United FC.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • A naturally competitive spirit and a contagious, positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in the sports industry is highly desired.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent client/customer relationships and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with staff, guests, and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the event schedule.
