We're looking for a Ticketed Revenue Manager to help us level up our ticketing game and keep our events packed and profitable. If you're part strategist, part analyst, and 100% driven by results, this is your moment.
What You'll Do:
• Lead the ticket pricing and revenue strategy across a portfolio of live events
• Build and manage dynamic pricing models to maximize revenue and attendance
• Develop and execute group sales strategies, targeting corporate, school, and community groups
• Manage third-party ticketing partnerships and grow external sales channels
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to track and analyze real-time sales performance
• Identify trends, solve challenges, and proactively adjust strategies to hit targets
• Present actionable insights based on performance data and market trends
What You Bring:
• 3+ years of experience in ticketing strategy, sales, or revenue management
• Solid understanding of the ticketed live entertainment industry
• A data-driven approach combined with creative thinking and strong decision-making skills
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms (e.g., ShowClix, Ticketmaster, etc.) is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Confidence working with data, KPIs, and real-time performance metrics
