General Summary The Ticket Seller works mainly standing in a booth, selling tickets, collecting fees, conducting rental reservations, counting and remitting cash, cleaning ticket office and gate area sweeping, clearing trash, washing windows, and answering telephone calls. There is almost constant direct exposure to the public.
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
Requirements and Job SpecificationsEducation Required: High School Graduate or equivalent; experience with retail
sales/cash register operation.
Functions and DutiesDuties include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming visitors and answering questions
- Opening and closing ticket booth, setting up cash register, collecting money in exchange for tickets, counting and remitting money
- Cleaning and maintaining the ticket booth
- Working the front gate to welcome customers

Supplemental InformationAs assigned, within general framework of 6-8 hours per day, 5-7 days per week during summer term; meal break as needed. The ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
