- Pay: $16 per hour
- Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
- This is a Flex Position for 9-11 months per year, allowing you to travel or enjoy time with friends and family during your off months.

Key Responsibilities: - Sell a variety of resort products, including lift tickets and activities.
- Provide expert recommendations and valuable information to guests about the resort.
- Train and assist staff in sales processes, operations, and guest service techniques.
- Manage opening/closing procedures and cash handling tasks.
- Create a positive atmosphere with outstanding guest interactions.
- Ensure On-Mountain Sales locations are well-maintained and inviting.
- Maintain inventory and supply levels effectively.
- Lead engaging pre-shift meetings and participate in relevant resort meetings.
- Assist with staff scheduling and break management.
Education Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Experience: - Prior resort and sales experience or at least one year of related work experience.
