Looking for a hands-on job where you can work outdoors and build a career? Join Pest-End as a Residential Exterior Technician and start your journey in the pest control industry.

This role is perfect for go-getters who enjoy working outdoors, problem-solving, and making a difference in protecting families and homes from ticks, mosquitoes, termites, and other exterior pests.


What You'll Do:


Perform exterior pest control treatments at residential properties.

Identify and treat pest habitats while following state and company safety regulations.

Educate customers on pest prevention and answer any questions.

Maintain equipment and keep accurate service records.


No Experience? No Problem.

We provide paid training and state certification, so if you're new to the industry, we'll help you get licensed and confident in your role, at no cost to you.

What We're Looking For:


Valid driver's license with a clean record - Must be licensed for a minimum of one year.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physically capable - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including a backpack sprayer.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.

Here's the checklist:

  • A valid driver's license and a squeaky-clean driving record.
  • State pesticide applicators license to show those pests who's boss. - Paid training, and state certifications provided for non-licensed new hires
  • Pass the pre-employment background check.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work full-time, with overtime during our busy season.
  • Ability to demonstrate physical stamina by comfortably carrying a 50-pound backpack sprayer for extended periods of time

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, and bending while performing exterior treatments.

Ability to carry and operate a 50-pound backpack sprayer for extended periods.

Climbing ladders as needed for inspections or applications.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Compensation details: 18-23 Hourly Wage
