At Thompson Hotel we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences with high-quality food and
outstanding service. Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that every
detail of their visit is perfect. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations across both of our venues-Bar Julian and Fleeting-by coordinating between the kitchen and the dining area. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Deliver food orders to the appropriate tables in food & beverage outlets efficiently and courteously.
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed in both venues.
- Address any guest concerns regarding their food promptly and professionally.
- Return any items from the dining areas of both venues to their proper locations in the kitchen or storage
areas. - Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen or management team.
- Assist in organizing and restocking supplies as needed in outlets.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
- Verify that all food items meet the restaurant's quality standards and presentation specifications before
they are sent out. - Organize and manage tickets to ensure that orders are delivered to the correct tables in a timely manner.
