Experience with thermal, cooling and HVAC systems validation and testing for engine/exhaust under HOOD environments.
Coordinate test plans with DREs.
Track and support obtaining hardware needed for test bench support.
Working with system engineers ensure proper system requirements are met.
Coordinate and facilitate bench and vehicle testing.
Support testing at supplier when necessary.
Experience with engine cooling thermal systems development.

Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or combined electrical/mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a relevant field.
3-5+ years of experience in thermal, colling, and/or HVAC and relevant automotive assignments, covering all phases of product development (design, test, and launch).
Strong technical skills and expertise in automotive systems, employing a six-sigma approach to engineering design and problem-solving.
Familiarity with computer-aided engineering (CAE) or direct experience in this field.
Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
