Get to Know Your Team: - Lovelace Women's Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
Responsibilities- Responsible for assisting in conducting medically prescribed therapy treatments to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist.
- Provides non-clinical support services to the therapist to include but not limited to maintaining patient treatment areas and basic clerical support.
- Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- CPR
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a certified physical therapy technician program or comparable experience
- One (1) year experience in hospital, rehabilitation or outpatient setting as a therapy technician
