Position Highlights :

The setting includes inpatient rehabilitation services with a clinical area and gym space. Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base salary starting at $38.95/hr
  • Step-based salary increase program, with potential to reach $51.41/hr based on experience.
  • Annual step increases with opportunities for growth over time.
  • Sign-on Bonus starting at $10,000 (up to $25,000 available).

Qualifications :

  • Qualifications: Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current, valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) credential required within 60 days of hire.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to obtain Wyoming PT license before starting the role (if applicable).
  • Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and patient care skills.
  • Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality practices.
