Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant

Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) to provide services at a facility in State Farm, Virginia. Provide direct patient care services under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Assist the Physical Therapist in performing assessments and complex treatment procedures. Maintain documentation on all patients referred for services. Complete reports or assessments/evaluations and progress notes utilizing facility's approved documentation forms. Attend and participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings. Complete all tasks within established timelines provided by the facility. Comply with all state requirements and facility policies and procedures. Additional duties as assigned by facility.
