We are seeking a full-time Therapist for our Older Adult Services team to provide psychotherapy to older adults with severe mental illness, aiming to empower them to lead fulfilling lives. Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy, along with case management.
- Completing treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and attending team meetings.
- Managing documentation and responding to communications professionally.
