Therapist

•  Full-time therapist role offering a competitive sign-on bonus to support at-risk youth through individual, group, and family therapy.
•  Responsible for developing and overseeing Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), coordinating casework, maintaining confidential clinical records, and completing required documentation.
•  Services provided in both community and facility settings, with a work schedule of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
•  Requires attendance at supervision meetings and maintaining First Aid/CPR certification.
•  Physical duties include sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
•  Master's in counseling or related field and clearances required; must relocate to Lancaster, PA 17601.
