Position Details:
Reports to: Clinical Director
Schedule: Full-time, schedule to be discussed during the interview.
Location: Baldwinville, MA 01436 (On-site).
Compensation: $72,000 - $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience and credentials).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments like ASAM forms, biopsychosocial evaluations, and other required screenings.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, working collaboratively with patients.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program and confidentiality standards.

Communicate regularly with referral sources and family members to provide updates and support.

Lead individual and group therapy sessions, including daily process groups and treatment reviews.

Assist with discharge planning, connecting patients to legal, financial, and vocational resources.

Manage crisis situations, using clinical judgment for risk assessments and de-escalation.

Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse patient needs.

Build rapport and trust with patients, fostering a supportive environment.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work or a related human services major.
Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics
Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards and State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
An active LMHC, LICSW, LADC-1 or related in the state of Massachusetts.
Experience in the behavioral or mental healthcare field.

Crisis Management - Risk assessments, de-escalation, and suicide risk evaluations.

Therapy Facilitation - Leading individual and group sessions.

Documentation & Compliance - Accurate record-keeping and regulatory adherence.

Adaptability - Adjusting treatment approaches and handling crises effectively.

Time Management - Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently.
