Who are we looking for?
This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, a team player, committed, and driven for excellence. We support career advancement through nationally recognized qualifications via our academies.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, capable of producing high-quality food, preferably using fresh ingredients. Some recipes will be provided, but creative flair is encouraged.
Your daily responsibilities as a Chef de Partie
- Use your eye for quality and creativity to produce high-quality, from-scratch dishes
- Manage a section within the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Keep work areas and machinery clean and maintained
- Control food supplies and storage
- Support and collaborate with team members
