TEXTILE MACHINE OPERATOR
(12 HOUR NIGHT SHIFT)

While following safe operating procedures at all times, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production of woven or knitted fabrics on multiple machines that differ by make, model and the style of fabrics produced. Perform a combination of production tasks, including staging materials for production, detecting quality problems, responding to machine faults and troubleshoot problems, repairing defects and observing machinery for efficient production and quality of greige good cloth fabrics.

2/2/3 work schedule 7p-7a, off every other weekend

$300 Sign-on bonus

$17.25 starting pay with a $1.25 shift differential
Incentive Bonus Program (Quarterly and Annual based on specific targets)

HS Diploma/GED required

Previous factory experience helpful, but will train

Some computer skills preferred

All candidates must successfully complete the following:
