Job Title : Testing Lead - SalesforceLocation : New York, NYDuration : Fulltime Mandatory Tools: ServiceNow Platform & ATF, QlikSense, Postman, SeeTest Cloud, Jira Responsibilities: - Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
- Lead and manage Project and Process management at Onsite heading the Offshore Team Manage testing in ServiceNow platform
- Interface and also directly coordinate with Stakeholders Manage and involve in testing 25+ applications within ServiceNow platform
- Includes all major domain Ensure complete testing as per SDLC and also ServiceNow platform upgrade testing Closely interact and align with different partners
- Mainly Product, Operations, Capabilities, Vendors, and Technology Assist QA teams
- Automating result verification thereby improving high productivity Involve in both Project and Process management Review technical design documents, test cases and test results proactively, Quality documents and project plans for System Integrated Testing Monitor
- Track and report project/release plans, identify, analyze and respond to risk throughout the life of the project
- Releases Manage small, medium and large size projects and initiatives end to end which could be technology driven or soft operational project spanning from Client / server-based applications to Operations re-engineering
- Responsible for individual delivery as well as matrix management of activity carried out by the testing team
- Monitor, Coordinate, Report & validate project initiatives and manage individual projects end to end Management of project processes and communications with stakeholders and Business Partners on initiatives and projects
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
