About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build lasting relationships with our clients and ensure they maximize the value of our software testing solutions. As a CSM, you will be the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, driving adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding and ongoing success.
  • Drive product adoption by providing training, support, and best practices to maximize value.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing risks and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and provide strategic recommendations.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role (preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B software).
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with HubSpot and other CRM tools and customer success platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights to drive success.
  • Experience in software testing, DevOps, or QA-related solutions is a plus.
