Roles & Responsibilities: - Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies
- Estimating test effort accurately
- Analyzing functional specifications and creating detailed test cases
- Executing test suites and managing test cases
- Identifying and logging defects effectively
- Conducting sanity testing and verifying the test environment
Qualifications & Experience: - Experience in Android device testing and troubleshooting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing
- Fluent in German or Portuguese
- Willingness to work from the Redmond office daily
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Proven experience in developing test strategies and plans for new products and features
- Proficient in authoring test cases
- Ability to create and assign test runs
- Experience in bug review, de-duplication, and triage
- Competent in test status reporting and case maintenance
- Reviewing bug reports from peers
- Focused testing on undocumented areas
- Executing test cases and reporting findings
- Investigating and reporting software and hardware bugs
- Verifying bug fixes
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as Visual Studio, gdb, Android Studio, adb, etc.
Pay and Benefits: Pay Range Minimum: $57,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $87,000 per year
