Apex Systems is seeking a Test & Evaluation Lab Technician to join our client in the aerospace industry, working onsite in Berkeley, MO. This is starting as a 12 month contract, with potential to extend/convert permanent.

Job Description: Participates in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems. Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post test tear-down. Conducts routine tests, analyzes data and documents results. Troubleshoots basic laboratory and test-related problems. Works under close supervision.
Responsibilities:
Support many different programs by building electronic test equipment
Interpret Engineering Drawings
Select Tools and Material
Fabricate per Drawing
Training and mentorship will be provided
Education/Experience:
AA degree in related discipline.
Experience with electronic schematics and/or drawings
Experience with crimping, soldering, and using multimeter
Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge and work experience
