Visit for more details. Responsibilities Position Overview Arcfield is seeking a Test Engineer/Coordinator to support our U.S. Navy customer, Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), in Washington, DC. In this role, you will contribute to the nation's most reliable deterrent by assisting the engineering team with design, development, testing, and qualification efforts. This position is based at Arcfield's Maritime Plaza office in Washington, DC, located across from the Washington Navy Yard, within view of the Nation's Capital and accessible by public transportation. Travel range is 20%. What You'll Do Provide technical support to the Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SP28) for weapons development, testing, qualification, and evaluation.
Collaborate with Navy SSP, the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and external stakeholders to support weapon system development, operations, and sustainment, including participation in working groups.
Assist in creating presentations, technical papers, and schedules to track and communicate program performance and execution.
Act as an evaluator during reviews of development, integration, qualification, and production processes.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations at the Arcfield Maritime Plaza office.
Qualifications You're a Great Fit If You Have Must possess and have the ability to maintain an active Top-Secret clearance.
Experience in missile testing, qualification, or evaluation testing.
A STEM engineering background or related technical expertise.
10-12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or MS 8-10, or Phd 5-7
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage deliverables and documentation effectively.
A track record of maintaining professional relationships with team members.
Even Better If You Have A DOE Q security clearance.
