Test Manager who can apply their analytical skills to ensure the quality and reliability of our project deliverables and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate with development teams to plan, execute, and optimize QA processes and resources. Responsibilities: - Ensuring the quality and performance of our products across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with the development team to define, develop, and maintain comprehensive Test and QA standards and requirements that align with the project goals.
- Identify and implement solutions for staffing, tooling/data, test methodology, and prioritization challenges.
- Lead and mentor a Test team that works with the Unreal Engine and coordinate the use of external testing resources as needed.
- Oversee and assist with writing test specs and test cases for various features and releases.
- Collaborate with other production teams to develop a sustainable development plan that balances quality, scope, and time.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in managing and leading game development QA teams and have participated in the full development and release cycle of a AAA game on multiple platforms.
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills, and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of test automation in Unreal Engine and be able to leverage it to improve the efficiency and coverage of testing.
