We are a fast-growing software development company in the restaurant, hospitality and small business retail industries providing POS and business solutions. We are looking for a high-performing IT Support to provides front line point of sale support to our customer.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Profoundly involved in product testing, familiar with all features and bugs, responsible for product releases, documentation and training.
- Ability to use automated testing tools or AI tools to assist with testing and improve work efficiency.
- Duplicate bugs based on customer descriptions and system logs and provide suggestions to developers.
- Work at least 2 days a week with L1/L2 Support, listening to customer feedback firsthand and conduct troubleshooting.
Skills/Requirements
- Outstanding logical ability to analyze problems in detail and perceptively find verification methods, achieving a logical closed loop.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, able to communicate accurately and clearly both internally and externally in a complete, timely and friendly manners, and happy to share new knowledge with other coworkers
- Software development experience with efficient communication with programmers with the understanding of software engineering and principles is a plus.
- Having initiative, continuous learning ability, curiosity about the industry and technology, enjoy acquiring new knowledge, and the ability to use new knowledge to improve work efficiency
- Ability to adapt and multi-tasking on task assigned accurately and responsibly.
- Bachelor&s degree in computer science or software
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
