Test Data Management Lead

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Test Data Management Lead for a RIGHT TO HIRE assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in uburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX . Hybrid schedule 2x weekly onsite.

Responsibilities :

• Work with 3 rd party discovery team for test data management

• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and provisioning of test datasets used for software testing

• Ensure that appropriate data is readily available for various testing scenarios by managing data environments, access controls, and addressing any data-related issues that may arise during the testing process

• Provide relevant test data sets to testing teams based on their specific test cases and requirement

• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and compliance standards when handling test data

• Build out processes, tools and test data management services

Required Skills :

• Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL querying skill

• Experience leading a team and reporting updates to senior management

• Experience with data manipulation and transformation techniques

• Experience with data tools such as K2View, Delphix, iTDM, SOLIX and Informatica

• Ability to work cross functionally and build relationships across the enterprise
