Location: Southlake, Texas (Onsite 5 days per week. Leave at 3-4pm on Fridays)

Opportunity: Regional Sales
Responsible for developing new client engagements
Maintaining existing client relationships within your designated territory
Opportunity to grow a large territory and a motivated recruiting to help your clients fill their need
Qualifications/Skills:
Previous sales experience, minimum 1 year
Healthcare staffing experience, specifically locums, a plus with ability to communicate with C-Level Executives
Strong verbal and grammatical skill sets plus navigate sales to decision maker
Excels in team environment
Responsibilities:
Cultivate new client relationships via cold calling, email, texting, and social media
Problem solving and contract negotiation
Identify healthcare staffing needs and job openings with potential and existing clients
Reach achievable sales and production goals set by leadership team
Benefits:
Guaranteed monthly salary (not a draw) with aggressive commission structure (uncapped)
This is commission based position with a very large upside opportunity
