What You'll Do:
Prospect and close new business with commercial and industrial clients
Build relationships with contractors, facility managers, and property owners
Conduct site visits to scope work and identify solutions
Respond to bid requests and submit quotes
Coordinate with internal teams for estimating and service delivery
Track leads, job progress, and customer interactions using Excel/CRM
Provide light project management to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
Sales or account management experience in commercial doors, dock systems, or similar equipment
Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial construction sales cycles
Self-motivated, highly organized, and confident in the field
Ability to work independently and on-site across the Northeast Ohio region
Comfortable working with contractors, GCs, and facilities teams
