We're seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in a B2B distribution space. This is a field-based role focused on driving growth, developing innovative sales strategies, and strengthening customer and supplier relationships within a targeted market sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field activity and support your team in identifying and securing new accounts.
- Inspire your team to exceed sales targets through coaching and performance reviews.
- Identify unmet customer needs and negotiate with suppliers to offer competitive solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across current and prospective accounts.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Maintain and manage accurate CRM records and lead follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of B2B services or solutions sales experience.
- 1+ year of experience leading field sales teams.
- B.A. in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with Foodservice, Hospitality, Janitorial, or Sanitation industries (a plus).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
