Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in driving retail sales performance, managing territory operations, and fostering brand engagement within assigned markets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a proven track record in field sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales operations across a defined territory, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of product specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize performance
- Develop strategic plans to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth in store locations
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Build strong relationships with store teams, internal stakeholders, and brand partners
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and uphold brand integrity across all locations
- Act as the key point of contact for escalations and territory-level decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or entertainment industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with bars, casinos, retail, or other age-restricted locations.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive performance
- Passion for consumer experience and retail innovation

- Experience in event planning or promotions within the hospitality or retail sectors.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer demographics.
