We have an exciting new role for a Territory Sales Manager who will be responsible for maximising profitable revenue across all income streams by winning new Territory Sales business and retaining and developing existing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and grow revenue from a portfolio of existing customer accounts across all SBR business units.
- Develop new business opportunities within a defined geographic territory across all SBR business units.
- Maintain and grow revenue at site, office, and project levels within a defined geographic territory across all SBR business units.
- Support SBR National Accounts team with local representation at Site, Office & Project levels within the defined geographic territory as necessary.
You will be responsible for covering Cambridgeshire and Colchester.

- Experience of plant hire or the construction industry.
- Track record in developing and implementing SLAs and delivering customer service in line with SLAs.
- Proven ability to improve account portfolios with measurable results.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, superior networking skills.
- Strategic approach with the ability to balance daily activities with long-term objectives.
- Innovative mindset with the agility to exploit business opportunities quickly.
