Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Territory Manager to join our Northern New Jersey sales team. This remote-based position focuses on growing our presence in Bergen County, where you will be directly responsible for generating transactional value, developing new business, and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Account Management: Grow and maintain existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Understand client needs to deliver customized, multichannel service solutions.
  • Territory Management: Create and manage a strategic territory playbook using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Deal Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to close high-value deals that benefit both the customer and company.
  • Travel: Primarily local with minimal overnight travel required.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of field sales experience, with a strong record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven cold calling success.
  • Industry experience in heavy equipment, transportation, or construction is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset, high integrity, and strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely from a home office and independently in the field.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
