Territory Sales Manager - Full-time

Location: GA, KY & Miami, FL

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, in business, construction, or the shielding industry.
  • Thorough understanding of sales principles and practices, with expertise in direct and phone sales.
  • Fundamental understanding of architectural processes, production distribution channels, and construction aspects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining key accounts.
  • Adept at reading blueprints and estimates.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for organizing sales presentations.
  • Skill in developing qualified contacts and effective follow-up.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Experience with prospecting, cold call tactics, and territory business plans.
  • Knowledge of the construction and construction distribution business.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the construction contracting business.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service and addressing customer needs.
  • Technical skills to educate clients on our products and services.
  • Ability to follow ISO policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Job Description
  • Achieve and exceed sales growth targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Respond to inquiries and develop proposals.
  • Close sales in radiation therapy and industrial markets.
  • Work indoors 50% of the time and travel for customer presentations the remaining time.
  • Target potential or existing customers and key influencers.
  • Drive market growth through lead development and identification of new selling opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture account relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate comfort with direct sales and cold calls.
  • Compile and target potential customer lists.
  • Represent our products and capabilities in face-to-face interactions.
  • Prepare and finalize sales agreements.
  • Represent us at technical meetings, trade shows, and presentations.
  • Solicit and deliver presentations at national corporate medical facilities and equipment manufacturers.
  • Develop relationships with key influencers in the industry.
