Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager increases market penetration and sales of products and services that are manufactured by PakTech to new and existing customers. This role creates custom, value added, packaging and automation solutions for potential customers. This position requires technical expertise and knowledge to explain how PakTech' s products are ideally suited to customer's needs, how the products work, and how they benefit our customers and our environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Presents and sells company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepares action plans and schedules to identify, qualify, and acquire specific targets.
- Identifies sales prospects and follow up on leads and referrals as assigned
- Prepares presentations, proposals, and sales contracts, and presents large-scale projects to upper management for approval or advice.
- Utilizes CRM to record account activity and service management, forecast sales, and develop strategic planning
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Develops and implements special sales activities.
- Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and industry related conferences.
- Travels as required to maintain excellent customer service, support, and increase sales.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 sales experience in outside sales, major account management, all with proven record of success.
- Familiarity or prior experience in the Food/Beverage industry, packaging experience, preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership and ability to work and achieve sales targets as an individual and within a sales team.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
