Job Title: Business Developer / Sales Development Representative
Salary: Up to £44,000 inclusive of Car Allowance/Company Car - Year 1 OTE £55k- £70k+ (uncapped commission)
Requirements: Previous sales experience in the Logistics/Parcels/Freight industry is essential.

Role Summary
As a Business Developer, you will build a network of contacts with current and prospective customers, developing and implementing market sector sales plans within your catchment area. You will also contribute to innovative pipeline solutions alongside sales colleagues nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the General Manager & Regional Sales Manager to implement sales strategies, utilizing C&D fleet capacity to serve prospects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across all services.
- Define and manage customer prospects to maximize sales growth.
- Collaborate with the Bid Management Team to deliver effective tender responses.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the DX Group product portfolio, tailoring benefits to customer needs.
- Submit accurate business forecasts and lead regular sales meetings.
- Maintain and develop the sales pipeline using approved sales tools.
