We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Manager to enhance customer relationships in a collaborative selling environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the delivery schedule, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the order process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate deliveries and resolve any delivery discrepancies, including mis-picks or stock-outs.
  • Work collaboratively with the credit department to manage accounts receivable efficiently.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities using market intelligence, directories, and networking events.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to provide value-added services to customers.
  • Drive to visit existing and prospective customers, handling physical product delivery when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to establish and nurture internal and external relationships while confidently making cold calls.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a competitive spirit.
  • Problem-solving skills, organization, and negotiation capabilities are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record is required.
Work Environment:

This role offers a dynamic field-based working environment, requiring visits to customer locations under varying weather conditions.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $90,000, plus commission opportunities.
